CYLINDER LOCKS
Acme Doors can be supplied with cylinder locks on bottom bar of door. Caution: When specifying slide bolts or cylinder locks on electric motor operated doors, electric interlock (cut out) switches should be furnished to prevent operation when lock bolts are engaged in the guides.

TUBULAR MOTOR OPERATOR
Tubular electric motor operator for non-rated Rolling Counter Shutters and small Rolling Service Doors incorporate SIMU US, Inc. UL recognized motor mounted inside curtain pipe shaft assembly. Includes built-in electric brake and limit switch, manual crank override for operation in the event of power failure. Options include automatic sun, wind, rain, heat control functions, automatic timer and group control functions.

THRU-WALL OPERATOR
Acme Doors thru-wall operation allows opening and closing by handchain or electric motor operator, providing additional design flexibility. Handchain and motor operation include exterior galvanized steel gear cover and exterior type top hood bead (both suitable for caulking by others).

VISION LITES
Where light and visibility are necessary, vision panels can be specified. Each panel consists of a 6" wide x 1 ź" high Plexiglas window which is completely sealed and backed with 1/16" thick steel for extra strength. Acme standard set consists of two lites wide by four lites high (eight individual lites total equal one set). Special vision lite arrangements available upon request.

SS RODENT BLOCK BOTTOM BARS
Acme Doors exclusive stainless steel rodent resistant bottom seal that keeps unwanted vermin from entering by chewing through normal bottom rubber seals on doors (a must for the food and beverage industries).

"AIR SEAL" GUIDE WEATHERSTRIPPING
Weatherstripping can be provided in the form of special vinyl extrusion shape installed on the outside leg of the guides. These replaceable strips help reduce air infiltration and loss of air conditioned air and are standard on Acme "Air Seal" package doors.

"AIR SEAL" HOOD BAFFLES
Acme Doors hood baffle is a flexible neoprene rubber strip that fills the gap between the hood and coiled curtain helping to minimize air seepage around the hood at the head of the door. Baffle is hinged to the hood and makes close contact the full length of the curtain and is standard on Acme "Air Seal" package doors.
